Impact's Personalized Workout Plan Program

A program where we identify the flaws in your athlete's swing and develop a 12-week workout plan to help them improve. You'll receive a weekly email that focuses on a particular exercise and batting sub-skill. By the end of the program, your athlete will be able to piece all of these sub-skills together to master the larger skill of batting - and will be able to prove it with a noticeably better swing!

How does it work?

The first step towards getting your own personalized 12-week workout plan is to schedule an appointment with us so we can record video of your swing. Alternatively, if you do not live in the area, you can record and share your own video with us.


Why should I do it?

When young athletes lack confidence in their abilities, they don't have as much fun playing the game - and they have a hard time improving their skills. Luckily, our 12-week workout plans are designed to boost enjoyment and confidence by ensuring visible improvement and skill development.
